Accepting these terms

These terms of use apply to your use of https://www.tradebridgeib.com, including the Academy, tools, blog, market analysis and the IB programme. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our privacy policy, cookie policy and risk disclaimer also apply and form part of these terms.

Who we are

The site is operated by [PLACEHOLDER: Legal entity name] under the name TradeBridge IB. Our registered business address is [PLACEHOLDER: Business address, UAE], and our registration details are [PLACEHOLDER: Registration / licence details, if any]. You can contact us at tradebridgeib1@gmail.com.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean [PLACEHOLDER: Legal entity name]. "You" means anyone who uses the site.

Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 years old to use the site. You are responsible for making sure that using the site, learning about trading and opening an account with any broker is lawful where you live. Do not use the site if local law prohibits it.

Education only, not advice

Everything on the site is general education and information. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. It does not take your personal circumstances into account.

Trading forex, CFDs and other leveraged products is high risk, and you can lose money rapidly. Please read our risk disclaimer before you trade. Any decision you make to trade is yours alone.

We are not a broker

TradeBridge IB is an education and introducing-broker platform. We do not hold client money, execute trades, provide personalised investment advice, offer trading signals or manage accounts.

We earn a commission or rebate from partner brokers when someone we refer opens an account and trades. Our risk disclaimer explains this conflict of interest.

Third-party sites, brokers and widgets

The site links to, and embeds content from, third parties. These include broker websites (reached through "Login" and "Open account" buttons), TradingView market widgets, YouTube videos and the Frankfurter exchange-rate service.

  • Third parties have their own terms and privacy policies, and those apply when you use their services.
  • Any trading account you open is a contract between you and the broker, not with us.
  • We do not control third-party sites or content, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, conduct or security.
  • Market data shown on the site is supplied by third parties and may be delayed or wrong.

A link to a third party is not an endorsement of everything that third party does. Always do your own checks, including verifying a broker's licence on its regulator's public register.

The IB programme

Our IB programme lets approved partners refer clients to our partner brokers.

Applying

Sending an IB application does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship between you and us. Acceptance is at our discretion and at the discretion of the relevant broker. We may decline an application without giving a reason.

If you are approved, the broker will usually ask you to sign its own IB agreement. That agreement, not these terms, governs your commission and your relationship with the broker.

Commission

Commission is paid to you by the third-party broker under its IB agreement, not by us. The broker sets the commission levels and can change them. Commissions are not guaranteed and depend on the activity of the clients you refer and on the broker's terms. Figures from our IB calculator are illustrations only.

How partner IBs must behave

If you take part in the IB programme, you agree to:

  • not promise income, profits or returns to anyone, and never describe trading as safe or certain;
  • not make false, misleading or exaggerated claims about trading, brokers or TradeBridge IB;
  • comply with the financial-promotion rules that apply where you and your audience are, including, in the UAE, the rules of the Capital Market Authority (CMA, formerly the Securities and Commodities Authority) onshore, the DFSA in the Dubai International Financial Centre and the FSRA in Abu Dhabi Global Market;
  • clearly disclose that you may earn commission from referrals;
  • include appropriate risk warnings in your promotions;
  • not send spam or unsolicited messages, and follow the rules of each platform you use;
  • not use our name, logo or content beyond the materials in the marketing kit we provide, and only as we permit;
  • follow the broker's own IB agreement and policies.

Ending participation

We may suspend or end your participation in the IB programme at any time, including if we believe you have broken these terms, the broker's rules or the law. The broker may also end its IB agreement with you under its own terms.

Certificates

When you complete an Academy course, you can download a PDF certificate of completion. The certificate is created in your browser from the name you enter. We do not check or store that name.

A certificate recognises that you completed a course on our site. It is not a professional qualification, a licence or an authorisation to give financial advice or manage money for others. Do not present it as one.

Acceptable use

When using the site, you must not:

  • use it for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
  • attempt to hack, overload, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site, our server or related systems;
  • introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code;
  • scrape, crawl or copy the site in a way that harms its performance or availability, or republish our content in bulk;
  • send false information or spam through our forms;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your connection with us.

We may block access to the site for anyone who breaks these rules.

Intellectual property

Our original content, including course text, quizzes, articles, analysis, tools and design, is © [PLACEHOLDER: Legal entity name]. You may view it, use it for your own learning and share links to it. You may not copy, sell or republish it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Other names, logos and trademarks shown on the site belong to their owners. TradingView widgets and their content belong to TradingView. Their use on our site does not imply any endorsement.

No warranties

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, about the site's content, accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Content may be out of date, and the site may be interrupted or changed without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, or from your reliance on any content, tool, calculator or data on it. This includes trading losses, loss of profit, loss of data and any indirect or consequential loss.

We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of brokers or other third parties, including their handling of your money or your data.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies.

Indemnity

If you take part in the IB programme, you agree to compensate us for any claims, losses, fines or costs (including reasonable legal costs) that arise because you broke these terms, the broker's IB agreement or any law that applies to your promotions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date below shows when they were last revised. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from them, or from your use of the site, will be dealt with by the courts of [PLACEHOLDER: emirate and courts with jurisdiction].

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply.

Contact

For questions about these terms, email tradebridgeib1@gmail.com or write to us at [PLACEHOLDER: Business address, UAE].
