IB programme

Become an introducing broker — the honest version

Introduce traders to a regulated partner broker and earn a commission when they trade. It can become a real business, but only if you educate first and follow the rules.

The model

What an IB is — and isn't

An introducing broker refers clients to a broker. The broker earns from spreads, commissions and overnight financing when those clients trade, and shares part of that with you — usually a fixed amount per lot.

You never hold client money, never trade on a client’s behalf, and never promise results. Your value is education, support and trust.

Depending on where you and your audience are, introducing activity and financial promotion can be regulated. In the UAE that may involve the Capital Market Authority (CMA, formerly the SCA), the DFSA (DIFC) or the FSRA (ADGM). Check your obligations before you start.

How commission works

Paid per lot your clients trade

Step 1

A client trades

Your referred client opens and closes trades with the partner broker.

Step 2

Volume is counted

The broker counts the lots traded by everyone linked to your IB code.

Step 3

Commission is paid

The broker pays you per lot under its IB agreement (rates to be confirmed). No trading means no commission.

Illustrative only — not guaranteed. Commissions are paid by third-party brokers and depend on real client trading activity.
