Who we are
TradeBridge IB (https://www.tradebridgeib.com) is a free forex-education and introducing-broker (IB) platform. We handle personal data in line with applicable data-protection law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) where it applies. If you visit from the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have rights under the GDPR or UK GDPR, and we will honour them where they apply.
The short version
- There are no user accounts on our site and we never take payments.
- We only receive personal data when you send us a form, or when you agree to analytics.
- Your Academy progress and the name on your certificate stay in your own browser.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising or remarketing pixels.

Every form also contains a hidden spam trap. It is invisible to people and is only used to catch automated spam.
How forms reach us
When you send a form, your browser sends the details to a script on our web host (Hostinger). The script emails the details to our mailbox at tradebridgeib1@gmail.com, which is a Google Gmail account. Newsletter sign-ups are also added, with a timestamp, to a private list file on our server.
What we do not collect
- No accounts. You cannot register or log in on our site. "Login" and "Open account" buttons take you to third-party broker websites.
- No payment data. Our courses and tools are free. We never ask for card or bank details.
- No Academy tracking. Lesson completion and quiz results are saved only in your browser. They are never sent to us.
- No certificate names. Certificates of completion are created in your browser from the name you type. That name is not sent to us.
- No advertising profiles. Advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation are always switched off, and we use no advertising or remarketing pixels.
Third parties and what they receive
We use a small number of service providers. Each one receives only what it needs.
- Hostinger (web hosting). Hosts the site, runs our form script and keeps standard server logs. It processes form contents in transit and the newsletter list file.
- Google (Gmail). Our mailbox stores the emails our form script sends, which contain your form details.
- Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager). Loads only after you opt in to the "Analytics" category. It receives usage information and sets its own cookies. We run it with Google Consent Mode v2, with all advertising signals denied.
- TradingView. Supplies the live charts, tickers, heatmaps, news and economic calendar, loaded from tradingview.com servers. TradingView receives standard web request data (such as your IP address and browser details) and may set its own cookies or storage. You can switch these widgets off in cookie settings.
- Frankfurter and the European Central Bank. Some calculators fetch exchange rates from the free Frankfurter API (api.frankfurter.dev), which publishes the ECB's daily reference rates. The request comes from your browser and carries only what any web request carries, such as your IP address and browser user agent.
- YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode). Videos load from youtube-nocookie.com only after you click play. Before that click, nothing is loaded from YouTube.
- Partner brokers. If your IB application is approved, we may share your application details with the partner broker so it can set up your IB account. The broker then handles your data under its own privacy policy.
- Email-marketing provider. We may export the newsletter list to [PLACEHOLDER: email-marketing provider] to send newsletters.
Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so no request is made to Google Fonts.
Third-party websites you visit through our links, including broker sites, have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for how they use your data.
We may also disclose personal data if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or to respond to a valid request from a public authority.
International transfers
We are based in the United Arab Emirates. Some of our service providers, including Hostinger, Google and TradingView, may process data in other countries. Where data leaves the country it was collected in, we aim to rely on providers that offer appropriate safeguards, such as contractual protections, as required by applicable law.

When we no longer need data, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your data. The site is served over an encrypted connection, the newsletter list is kept in a private location on our server, and access to our mailbox is restricted. We store a salted hash rather than your IP address for rate limiting.
No website or email system can be completely secure, so we cannot promise that data will never be accessed without permission. If we become aware of a breach that affects you, we will act on it as applicable law requires.
Your rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete your data;
- object to or ask us to restrict how we use your data;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before you withdrew it;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- complain to a data-protection regulator.
If you are in the UAE, you may have data subject rights under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law where it applies. If you are in the EU or UK, you may have the rights above under the GDPR or UK GDPR, and we will honour them where they apply.
How to use your rights
Email tradebridgeib1@gmail.com and tell us what you would like us to do. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. We aim to respond within [PLACEHOLDER: response time, e.g. 30 days].
To stop the newsletter, reply to any newsletter email or write to tradebridgeib1@gmail.com. To withdraw consent to analytics, use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page. Our cookie policy explains the storage we use.
Children
Our site is for adults aged 18 and over. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, email tradebridgeib1@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our site, our service providers or the law changes. The date below shows when it was last revised. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on the site.
