What cookies and browser storage are
Cookies are small text files that a website, or a service embedded in it, saves in your browser. Browsers also offer other kinds of storage, such as localStorage, sessionStorage and Cache Storage, which let a site remember information on your device.
Our own code does not set any cookies. We use browser storage to remember your settings and make the site work, and some third-party services we embed may set their own cookies, but only in the categories described below.
The three categories
Our cookie banner groups storage into three categories.
Essential (always on)
Essential storage makes the site work. It remembers your light or dark theme, your cookie choices and your Academy progress, caches exchange rates for the current tab, and lets the site work offline as an installable web app. This storage stays in your browser and is not sent to us. It cannot be switched off in the banner, but you can clear it at any time (see below).
Live market widgets
This category covers the live charts, tickers, heatmaps, news and economic calendar supplied by TradingView, loaded from tradingview.com servers. These widgets are on by default unless you decline them, and you can switch them off in cookie settings at any time. When they are on, TradingView may set its own cookies or storage under its own policies. When they are off, the widgets do not load.
Analytics
Analytics is off until you opt in. If you turn it on, we load Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to see which pages are useful. We use Google Consent Mode v2 with advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation always denied. We do not use advertising or remarketing pixels.

Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so no font requests or cookies come from Google Fonts.
Videos
YouTube videos on our site use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you click play. Once you click, the video loads from youtube-nocookie.com and YouTube may store information in your browser under its own policies.
Changing your choice
You can change your cookie choices at any time. Click the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page to reopen the banner, then switch Live market widgets or Analytics on or off.
If you switch Analytics off after turning it on, we stop loading Google Analytics. Cookies it has already set may remain until they expire or until you clear them.
Clearing site data in your browser
You can remove everything described on this page, including the essential storage and the offline caches, by clearing site data for https://www.tradebridgeib.com in your browser.
- Chrome and Edge: open the padlock or site-information icon in the address bar, choose the site settings or cookies option, and delete the data for this site.
- Firefox: open the padlock icon in the address bar and choose to clear cookies and site data.
- Safari: open Settings, then Privacy, then Manage Website Data, and remove this site.
Clearing site data resets your theme, your cookie choices and your Academy progress, so the banner will appear again on your next visit.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Browsers handle Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals in different ways. Whatever signal your browser sends, we treat Analytics as off until you opt in through our banner.
